Breakfast: Scrambled egg with salsa and a piece of bacon.
Lunch: Moderate helping of leftover homemade chicken/vegetable soup.
Dinner: Same soup with additions to make it "taco-soup": poured over nacho strips with cheese and sour cream. 1 light beer. Added 2 small cookies (half-dollar size) for dessert.
Leg still sore, so no exercise, but I did surf the web looking at rowing machines and possible nearby sites I could add swimming to my routine.
Wednesday morning weigh in: 270 f'n POUNDS! And the sad part is I've lost a good 8-10 pounds in the past couple months. Oh well... got to start somewhere.
