I'm 6'0" and weigh 220lbs
I must have some bullmastiff in me!
I'm planning to monitor my eating and excercise more... all if which will be documented on this blog. After a month or so of good behavior, I'll add in weight training. I want to wait until everyone blows their New Year resolution before I head into the gym.
What's my goal? I'd love to see 190lbs, but sub-200 would be acceptable.
