Breakfast -- 2 pieces toast with pumpkin apple butter (yummy!)
Lunch -- BBQ chicken salad at yardhouse
Dinner -- Homemade Lasagna -- I went back for seconds.
And I forgot -- 2 "very gay" cosmos and a glass of red wine
Exercise: 15.5 mile bike ride. 11 miles uninterrupted averaging 10 miles per hour. Then lunch (see above) followed by 4.5 miles home.
My ass is still fat, now it's also sore!
YEAH for EXERCISE!
