Win some -- Lose some

Maybe it should be Gain some -- Lose some. As of last Thursday I was down 9 pounds for the month. BUT! We took a 4-day family trek into the local mountains near Big Bear and I forgot my diet at home. It appears I've gained 3 pounds back. Oh well. Hopefully it's just baby-fat that'll burn off quickly this week and not baby-back-rib-fat that takes a while longer to lose.

When it stops raining in the morning I start jogging again. Maybe tomorrow???
