Well, it's week 2 and I'm down about 6.5 pounds. Haven't added exercise yet, except for the two walks a day, so it's basically all diet driven at this point. The hardest part for me has been the nights after dinner. I crave something with carbs! So far, vodka helps, but she's not a woman to be trusted in the long run.
