So, the exercise routine hasn't been the most consistent in the past weeks. However the diet is looking better.
Somehow Sid and I have evolved into hardcore foodies and Paula Dean is no stranger to our kitchen. She taught us everything tastes better with budder!
So last week I replaced 3 meals with fish dishes. And this week, we'll try two new recipes from my latest subscription, "Cooking Light."
I really want to run 3 days this week -- We'll see how that goes.
