Don't look too closely at my April goals. It's not true that they are March's goals all over again. I was consistently in the upper 250's, so I didn't stray back into old habits. I guess that's OK, but I'm not happy with March progress.
April goals: Keep to my low carb -- low cal diet and throw in some heavier regular exercise. By May 1 my goal is to get my weight under 250 and keep it there permanently. PERMANENTLY!
