I officially started exercising last night after work; 2.5-mile jog and a 15-minute P90x abs workout. That workout was EXTREME! I literally had to lay on the floor for a hour afterwards just to keep from throwing up. 15 freaking minutes and I'm curled up on the floor like a dog. This morning I couldn't stand upright. I have to shuffle my feet to walk. I feel like a crumpled up old man.
Not sure what I'm going to be able to do tonight. I hope to try one of the P90x upper body workouts -- this time in novice mode. I'll take prescription drugs first though.
